Q: What’s included in a Starter Bundle?
A: Most bundles include a mix of embroidered shirts, hats, or hoodies — plus extras like tote bags or backpacks depending on the profession. Each bundle is designed to help small business owners look professional and ready to serve.
Q: Do I have to buy in bulk?
A: Not at all! Raynedazzle proudly serves businesses who need as few as one item. We specialize in small-batch custom orders for startups and solo entrepreneurs.
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Most orders ship within 7–10 business days after your logo is approved. Rush orders are available upon request — just email us!
Q: I don’t have a logo. Can I still order?
A: Yes! We can digitize a name-based design for embroidery, or refer you to a trusted logo designer to get started.
Q: Can I build my own bundle?
A: Absolutely. You can either shop our pre-made bundles or message us directly for a customized quote that fits your needs.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Unfortunately, we do not honor canceled orders. Orders are processed through a fulfillment center that ensures fast and accurate shipping. Because the fulfillment system automatically pulls and ships orders, we are unable to cancel once placed.
Q: Can I change my address after placing an order?
A: We cannot change addresses after an order is confirmed. Doing so may lead to chargebacks or order fraud. Please double-check your address before completing your purchase.
Q: Can I apply a discount code after placing an order?
A: Discount codes must be applied at checkout. We are unable to apply promo codes after the order is submitted. Please do not leave discount codes in the notes section — they will not be honored that way.
Q: I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it?
A: Generally, we do not offer exchanges for size issues. Please refer to our Exchange Policy for more details before placing your order.
